One of my few gripes about my bike is that it surges and jerks at low RPM. I noticed this more when I was at the track and apparently, I’m not the only one that has the same complain. The issue is caused by a closed loop fuel ratio and O2 sensor; and someone out there found a solution…

One weekend's testing does not make it a solution and Rapid Bike has already tried that via their O2 emulator and piggyback with ultimately poor results iirc.

Yes, you are right! I made a quick leap of fate there when I saw this cheap fix. This issue have been bugging me for a long time.

hey allan, you got rid of your S2R right? or no?
Begrudgingly yes.
If my financials were a bit better then I would've kept it, because it was finally running correctly after the DP ECU install and idle adjustment to the high end of the range. Just couldn't justify keeping it when the money could be used elsewhere. Back when I bought the bike my descision was split between the bike and a house and the sale descision was split be between keep the bike or sell it for a down payment. Went full circle and that circle is a big assed hole in my wallet.
Yeah, it can be a bit jerky in the low RPM's which is why when running around the city I keep the bike in the 4.5-5k rpm range.
