Outstanding! I thought my friend's wife who wanted a chainsaw for a birthday present was awesome (... and it is!!!) but for a 10 year old girl? That just takes awesome to another level. [thumbsup] Hey, want to trade for an 11.5 year old boy?? [laugh] Wild tires by the way. What's up with those? [moto]

Thanks man... She made me very proud when she told me that she wanted one for her birthday! Not sure about those tires but they are the first thing getting replaced, after I see if they make colored smoke doing a burnout ... of course  [thumbsup]

Thanks man... I found it (thanks interwebs) That fixed it right up as it was idling way to high. Putting it into first would make the front tire come off the ground  [laugh].

Tommy, I tried the burnout and no yellow smoke. All it did was make a pile of yellow dust in the drive way. Ive got to get some real tires for that thing.

+1

duh

Back in the old days, I was told those bikes are great training for full size racing.  Teaches you the skills for carrying momentum and speed into and through the turns since it doens't have awesome power and brakes.  People tend to get lazy with high horsepower bikes and don't learn some of the basic skills.  Another reason the 125cc and 250cc GP racers tend to do better in big bike racing, they are really light, don't have much power, and have to carry speed through the turns to do well.

Now I just have to learn how to mix oil and gas properly  [laugh]

There is another event scheduled for Oct 11 - 12. I may not be ready to race then but I will likely go to check it out and help out the guys there from ML. For anyone that would like to come along I'll post more info when I have it.
