Title: Howdy fellow Ducatisti
Post by: Sleeper_I on September 01, 2008, 12:55:47 AM
Howdy y'all,
Hung is the name
Located in Central Texas

Been riding for 3yrs but new to Ducati

My Ex: 03 Silver/Black Honda CBR600F4i w/akrapovic pipe
My current love: 09 Pearl White Monster 696

My Ex was good but the Italian beauty is much more fun around town. Not to mention the sounds my new love makes when I'm riding her. We had a great 100mi first date and I can't wait till we move pass 6000 and 7000+rpm.  ;D

Thanks!
I've been lurking around DMF for about 2 weeks and this forum is great. There are so much to learn.
...and howdy to all fellow Texas Hill Country Ducatisti ;D

Current Mods:
Front reflectors removed (actually the left one fell off at the dealer prior to pickup [thumbsup])
Motovation fork sliders
Motovation frame sliders
Motovation rear axle sliders

Future Mods:
Akrabovic exhaust (if they ever come out for the 696 :'()
Any suggestions?
DDM 55 Watt HID kit? 4500K or 5000K?
   LED turn signal?

Yes, she is a joy. I fell in love since the day I took a 696 out for a test ride at Ducati Austin, great crew by the way [thumbsup]. Such a great bike with lots of potential and this place will help me bring out the best in her i'm sure.

Thanks for the photo FAQ link msincredible
