i'm gonna do the 6k service on my s4rs, and i'd like to know what are the best fluids to put on it, filters and all the other stuff i should buy to put the bike back running again.

I assume you already have the necessary tools and the shim kit?
Kand N filter, your choice of fluids and oil weight (depending on local temps=ease of pumping oil), get your LT Snyder book and grab some coffee. The Mofo is on the ball. Good Luck!
