Title: Assistance from someone in Great Britain
Post by: DucHead on September 18, 2008, 03:02:27 PM
This is my Caberg Brutus helmet.  I like it a lot.

However, tabs on the ear pieces that secure the visor are worn.

I’ve found a few places in the UK that sell Caberg helmets and visors, but none of them ship overseas.
1. Sportbikeshop (http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/11/109)
2. especially here: bikergear (http://bikergear.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=84_86_89&products_id=288)
3. and here: demonwebvisors (http://shop.demonwebvisors.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&manufacturers_id=27&products_id=532)

Is there anyone in the UK willing to purchase these earpieces for me and ship them over?  I’d reimburse you for parts, shipping plus 15 GBP for your time.

PM me if you’re willing to help me out.

Cheers,
  Dave

The 505 and the Brutus have the same visor mechanism, yes.   :)

If you don't get any takers, I'm going there in the start of december.  You can get it shipped to the last hotel I am staying at and I can bring it back to the states and ship it to you.

I have a friend coming over next week.

I'll ask her if she can pick them up.

That would be awesome!
