Title: Post Wreck Bike Return
Post by: raulduke on September 23, 2008, 01:13:16 PM
So after FAR FAR too long, I am supposed to pick my baby up NEXT MONDAY.

With the tidy sum granted to me by Progressive Insurance I have had the following modifications performed to my 2000 M750.

Tank, fender, side pods and cowl painted Mercedes Benz Designo Mystic Pearl White with Red logos.  Paintwork by DucPainter
Frame and rear shock mounts Powder Coated Red
Red Belly Pan
Swingarm, Suburban Machinery handle-bars, headlight mounts, headlight case, tail chop kit...Powder Coated Satin Black
Tail chop
Dual 5 1/4" Aztec headlights
New Fork Oil and Suspension tune
14T front Sproket
New two tone (gold and satin black) rear sproket
New chain (gold)
Rizoma Grips
CRG mirrors and levers
EBC brake pads
Stainless Brake Lines
Exhaust wrap
Clear LED signals
Cycle Cat kickstand
Emissions removal kit

I will post pictures in this thread early next week  ;D

Cannot wait....waiting sucks.....I hate this....waiting is bad and not fair!

Now you have spread the pain of waiting onto others as well - is that fair?  ;)

BTW - powdercoated bars might come loose after a while when the "soft" coating wears off (maybe?). Grind it off at/under the mounting points and/or tighten it frequently for some time to come. (In my limited experience this makes sense)
