Title: Termi Repair

I couldn't find anything on this subject and wanted to see if
anyone knows how to repair a dent in a carbon fiber termi.

If the carbon shell is seriously damaged probably not much you can do about it.  You could drill out the pop rivits and remove the carbon shell. If its a small dent in you might be able to pop it out. It'll still be damaged but may not look as bad.  Another option would be to rotate the shell so the damaged area is hidden either behind or below. The disadvantage would be, depending on which way you rotate it the old mounting bolt hole may be highly visible.
