Title: immobilizer light stops blinking on 620
Post by: erichan8757 on September 26, 2008, 10:22:21 PM
Hi all,
i have 06 monster 620
and lately ,  i've found out that in the morning when i go start the bike the immobilizer light
is however not blinking as usual,it's been few times already
and then i was afraid that the battery's dead which is unlikely
then i start the engine , and fortunately it's alright, the battery's good.
does anyone encounter this type of problem?
or maybe it's the weather that freeze up the wires? i am just randomly guessing.
i'ts like 60 in New York now and i store the bike outdoor with cover.
,thanks for your time and
for all replies.

The immobilizer light shuts off after 24 hours. Perhaps this is consistent with what you've seen?

she'll stop blinking if you don't start it in that time period... as long as the gauges sweep and she turns over, I wouldn't worry about it.
