Any one have some suggestions for head work? I'm looking for something relatively tame port/polish and 3 angle cut.

Port match the intakes, valve job, clean or polish the combustion chamber, smooth any sharp edges................
Be careful not to try too much, you can end up doing more harm than good.
You could also smooth the rough casting edges from the intake manifolds & put an even swirl in them.
