Has anyone had contact with Jeff at Monsterparts? I usually get email replies to my messages quickly, but I have gotten no replies from my last two or three emails.

i got an email from him last Friday. Also ordered some things on Friday and got them yesterday. His email response was a bit slow though. I'm guessing he was out of town and is now sorting thru everything?? ???
Jeff was in Europe for meetings and then Spain?
His secretary / assistant is taking care of orders while he is out.
I talked back and forth with Monsterparts by email just yesterday, placed my order, and got the tracking number minutes later. [thumbsup]
He misses some emails from time to time, but he'll answer the phone while in the shower or asleep. Good guy with a beyond perfect service record.
Called him today and ordered some parts. Got great customer service...as always!!!!
