I just saw this mentioned on the local news and looked up the write-up on the interwebz.

^ werd.  yea dunno why i didnt think of that, i was thinking "what did he do just before that which was illegal" and for whatever reason, stolen bike didnt enter my brain.

hey is that a Z1000 in your avatar?   do you have both that and a monster?

Yeah, that's my 2008 Z1000.  I actually got rid of my 2007 S4RS to go back to Kawasaki -- long story which was already posted on TOB a while ago  But, I am hoping to get another Monster soon.  My wife wants a 696.

I don't know.

In both the print and tv reports they referenced him wrecking "his motorcycle".

There was no mention of the bike being stolen and they said no one knew why he was trying to steal the bystanders' vehicles.

Seems odd.

Cue in the people that'll defend this nutcase... Because he has some type of mental disorder and forgot to take his pills, so he can't be responsible for his actions.

Wow.  Yeah.

I had no idea where Erwin was, so I Google mapped it.

Our route took us within about 2 miles of where that happened.
