Those guys are funny....At that ring test they speak of the Rs stomped the shit out of the speed triple by almost 6 seconds if I remember, and wasn't far behind the gift from god that is the super duke.
One of the british rags lost all the ducati advertising because of how.....well less then objective they were being about the bikes.

You've got to be kidding. I have ridden SD's and they are NOT as good a motorcycle IMHO as the RS. Not in handling and certainly not in power output.
Having said that, as delivered, without suspension tuning to include increasing ride height, and gearing changes the RS leaves something to be desired.
Now the current R model SD may be a different story. It should be the equivalent of the S4RS, just ugly. [laugh]
