Title: HELP, need a frame clamp for a side mount damper

I am having a bear of a time finding a frame clamp. I have a damper as well as a fork clamp. I can't seem to find a bracket for the frame. Any brand will do with just a single eyelet. I have checked eBay, motowheels and my normal parts sources but no luck. This shouldn't be hard but maybe I am having a bad day. Can anyone throw me a bone?

BTW it 's a 07 S4R
