Title: Monsterparts.com review
Post by: Two dogs on November 19, 2008, 01:05:25 PM
 [thumbsup]
Just dealt with them for the first time , and all I can say is WOW amazing service and super fast response.
Dealt with a fella named Jeff H. they had ran out of a couple of fixtures I wanted so he pulled them off a
complete fairing to get me the parts .
Within minutes of my email I was contacted and also offered the extra bits I didn't know I needed to complete the job
It was packaged up and shipped off to me in Australia , here no one had any idea of the parts I needed and were not very helpfull

so props to the crew at MONSTERPARTS.

ONE VERY HAPPY OZMONSTER FROM (DOWNUNDER) UPTOP ;)

Jeff is good people.  He stayed calm and professional even when I was losing my composure with a trailer titling issue he got stuck in the middle of.

While I have only ordered once from him, the transaction was phenomenal. I had emails telling me of every goings on. Top notch.

I asked him if a part I was ordering was going to match the Ducati Red frame and he ended up sending me multiple pics from multiple angles comparing my part to the frame. I will always look for future parts on MonsterParts.com before looking anywhere else.
