Of course anything is possible, just wondering if anyone has tried it and how did it work out
Do you have a reason to want to?

Well everything is running fine... just thought about taking complexity out of the loop. Owning a soopermoto with no electric fuel pump, injectors, etc seems all that more reliable. Guess Iam just old school for bikes.
ducvet carbureted an 800, not sure if it was a Monster or an SS.
Not sure what all was involved, as far as manifolds and airbox, ignition, etc.
IIRC he used 39mm FCR's.
Not too hard actually.
New software f Ignitech TCI-P4 programmable ignition http://www.ignitech.cz/english/aindex.htm
allows signal to it same as ie bikes.
Here´s one who dunnit: http://www.ducati.ms/forums/showthread.php?t=54249&page=3
Hey, I'll trade my carb stuff for your injection stuff!

98 rwhp with fcr 41s + nemesis ignition on all stock Sport Classic 1000 with a special header fitted.
:) Chris
Either the short manifolds for the FCR's could work if you wanted to run the flat-slides, or you would need to get some 750 carburated manifolds for the conversion if you wanted the longer manifold. The stock 750 manifolds will allow the use of the stock carbs as well as the FCR's.
Thanks for the replies... I'll keep the info in mind.

The guy I helped make them work on the 1000 used the standard efi manifolds. :)
