who has an s4r and can advise/confirm if the front rotors are 5 bolt or 6 bolt?
a presto,
johnc
What year, John? IIRC, the S4rs and S4r with testastretta are different than the s4r with the 996 motor.
I may be able to help, if you let us know what year.
AFAIK:
Desmoquattro - 6-bolt
Testastretta - 5-bolt
07 S4RS = 5 bolt pattern.
'05 S4R (996 motor) has 6-bolt front rotors.

You should buy them.
I just bought a S2000 and the S4R is sitting at Nichols right now which is going to cost me another $800 are so after I get the new tires and belts etc. =(

Those rims have new tires on them. Think how much you could save! And the lower weight-it'll increase your gas mileage by up to 57%!

But you have to factor in the extra wheelies, knee-down corners at 9000RPM, and traffic citations you'll get from having such a fast-turning bike.
