A bill is being introduced in the house to change the Db limit in Nh from 106 Db to 95 Db
I think they also word it that OEM only exhausts are allowed.

the other provision is that the motorcycle MUST have a tachometer, most likely so they can test you.

There is a public hearing on the issue this month, all interested should try to show up.
