Don't know if any of you pay attention to Dakar-type racing, but Jonah Street messed his wrist up and withdrew from compitition.
It really sucks; he was doing fantastic.
If you don't know, the Dakar is like running the Baja 1000... for 15 days.

26 - It’s all over for Street
Having won his first special stage on a Dakar during the 5th stage, American amateur Jonah Street (KTM) has decided, as a precautionary measure, to not take starter’s orders for the 9th stage this morning, due to a very painful injury to one of his wrists.
This thread needs a spoiler alert though.
That bites though. He was doing really well considering the low level of support he had. He was riding brilliantly up to now.
Yeah, that is a bummer. I am now cheering on the dude in second that is going up aginst all the 650s + and I think he is on a 450 [thumbsup]
It is also sad that they lost a cyclist already and another guy is in a coma.
