Thanks to the State Trooper on George Bush today who let me glide on by. On the Duc with bicycle in tow after a hard-ass training ride in 35* weather 5 miles from home. I came upon him around a corner at about 100. He turned his siren on but no lights and no chase. I only assume he felt sorry for me and my shivering countenance, or maybe he was flummoxed by the bike on bike action? Who knows. I thank you for not giving chase and letting this poor frozen sod pass. [beer]
Thank you to the City of Godley police officer that pulled me over on Friday at the same time that Slag was calling to tell me that the shipper was at the house picking up the 1098s. I was not having a good morning. But then he let me go. And all was good [thumbsup] He didn't even run my license. I found that to be odd. KY license, WV tags and expired sticker on windshield...... I love nice cops.

;D Thank you Slurp for picking me up at the airport tomorrow! [beer]
Thanks to the nice state trooper that stopped me yesterday for passing an 18 wheeler at speed in a no passing zone, and just gave me a warning. [moto]
This was my first encounter with a state trooper and she was friendly, polite (almost as polite as a British bobby but didn't call me Sir) and cute. ;D
