Learned yesterday that a classmate back at MMI was killed Sunday morning.
He was 18, and riding home from work at 4 am (he was a stocker on the late shift).
No skid marks, no witnesses, no idea what happened. Perhaps he was sleepy. Don't know.
He was a good kid, young man.
If any of you are the praying types, perhaps you can offer up a few for him and his family.
Thanks,
Norris
my prayers are with his family and friends. sorry for the sad news
I'm really sorry to hear this.
I will keep his family in my prayers.
Very sad... R.I.P.
:'( Prayers offered for him & his family ! :'(
Kirk & I were talking about the book Proficient Motorcycling on the way home from the Superbowl parties last weekend.
The book begins with a lot of dry statistics gleaned from California over many years that although dry, are quite revealing.
I can't remember the exact percentage but more than half of all moto fatalities are one rider, riding alone, with no other vehicle involvement ! I had always thought cars turning left, or changing lanes were the worst for motos - but like many things in life, sometimes we are our own worst enemies ! :'( Shall we try to learn a lesson from this otherwise senseless tradgedy? ??? I plan on it !
Very sad indeed. Our condolences, Nordog.

Really hate to hear news like this. Thoughts and prayers out to his family.
Sad to hear, especially for one so young.
