Title: Luggage for the Monster/Other gear?
Post by: Clickjack on February 05, 2009, 09:18:22 PM
A friend and I are thinking of taking a series of trips on our bikes.  Anyone recomend some luggage for the 2007 S4R T?   I've got stock pipes at the moment.  If I can I will do Termi's before the summers out.

Has anyone tried the Cortech Sport Saddlebags and tail bag set up?  It was recomended to me.  It looks good, but I'm afraid it will be setting on my pipes.

I don't want anything that can't be easily taken off.   I hate the way saddle bags look.  This will only be used when traveling.

WE are going to be camping off our bikes.  Any other recomendations would be appricaited, as I don't have much in the way of gear.

We bought these Monster Tail Bags for our bikes a while back and they were really awesome:

Totally a good investement and keeps everything off of your tail pipes.

You should be able to get them at any Cycle Gear.

Random and silly question. When you stack so much on the tail, do you step over the bike to mount or stand on the peg to swing your leg over?  :P

We really just to lift our legs up a little higher towards the front near the tank. It wasn't that bad.
