Moto Liberty - Co-Host for this Event
Everybody is invited - members and non-members.
Door prizes, free appetizers, cash bar, etc.
Guests: Downtown Dallas Bikers Meetup.com Group
damn, not one response?
It looks interesting but I can't commit to this date yet so I've got it on the calendar as tentative.
Probably can.
Also down for a northie cruise this weekend (weather permitting). Fingers crossed for no stop sign tip-overs.
I'll be there weather permitting :)
Where the heck would they park all the bikes that might show up? That would be a deterrent for me.
they can park'em in the lot next door.

I play football, the original one with a round ball ;D, in Allen on Thursdays so I can not make Motopia but I may be able to make it to bonedaddy's around 8.30.
I should be ready to leave Frisco around 6pm, who wants to meet up and ride down?
Andy, how do we reach you to let you know where we are stopping on the return trip?
unfortunately I got to fly out for business tonight or tomorrow AM and won't be back till Monday....

At Mockingbird Station (NE corner of Central & Mockingbird - just north of Fitzhugh a little ways) is Rockfish Grill and Margarita Ranch. From Mockingbird Station, you just roll onto Southbound 75 (Central) and jump off at the Fitzhugh exit (Fitzhugh is actually about another mile on the access road after you exit).
And there's always the McD's right on the SW corner of Fitzhugh and Central - park & eat, walk down the sidewalk to Motopia.
Pura vida!

Chuys?
What time are you guys planning to be at Motopia? I plan on riding into work and will be able to stop by at the end of the day.
Chuy's has a nice patio especially if you can get parking right next to it for the motos. It'll be busy though around the dinner hours though

sounds like a plan. text me after lunch with your plans. we could meet at the bank parking lot on the SW corner of legacy and tollway, to make it easier to jump on.
ETA to Motopia and/or dinner?
6:45 at Motopia and then we can decide?

Who ended up getting the girls number outside of Old Monk? I think she was looking for some group action and I don't mean a ride. Or do I?
Fun times.
ah ehm, she had a ring dude. somehow you missed that did ya?
I kept telling you to talk to the one at Motopia, but oh well.

Slovoch? he's the only one who took pictures.
Svoloch holds the electronic evidence from the monk. Comletely spaced on taking bike pictures at motopia, some ducs, triumphs, bmw's, cruisers, 600's, and surprisingly 3 buell's, probably 20-30 bikes total. Someone did roll up on one of those victory vision's, that is a huge machine!
Moto Liberty brought out some trick new back and chest protectors, and some nice shoei's (UJ, they have your new helmet)
First time for me at both spots, so lots of new sights and sounds ;D
i talked to the guy that had the victory...or rather listened to him talk about it. he absolutely 100% *loves* it. he said every single mile he loves it more....he put like 27k on it in one year, and frequently does 1k miles in a day.
I test drove that Vision last summer and it does provide nice wind protection but your leg will burn off...........it's hot as hell on the right side. You should check out Arlen Ness designs of that bike, they don't look half bad.
