Is Sponsor the right word?
I know there are other groups putting on track days besides AMS, albeit maybe not quite the same atmosphere (I only have AMS experience).
So, who else has track days?
Please post up your experiences, good & bad.

If you're willing to drive down to Harris Hill Road (a brand new track 30 miles south of Austin), http://www.elitetrackdays.com/ is the sole motorcycle trackday organizer there. I did a trackday with them last year at Cresson, and enjoyed it. I think Drewcati was there and liked it as well.

Can we make this sticky?
Buck Beasley used to run his Longhorn Motorcycle School out at MSR-Houston (located in Angleton, TX).

The trackdays are still held there, but the "school" basically has converted into a semi-private trackday.
You have to email him directly to sign up, and you're put on a client list.
Attendence is on a honor system, you pay when you show up at the track.
Majority of his customers are experienced regulars, but he has a few dedicated "noob" days.
30 minutes on, 30 minutes off.

What was your impression of their riding procedures?
Were the instructors knowledgeable and helpful?
I read that a few riders had some concerns with the following rule listed on their site:
"
NO passing in Group 1 unless the rider in front allows or signals the rider in back to pass."
Thanks Frank! Longhorn added...
