any commuters have any suggestions? I've never bought one before, but think I might benefit from having one this spring. We get a lot of rain until mid May.
I wear froggs toggs (http://www.froggtoggs.com/catalog/2008catalog/page04.asp).
Not the most stylish gear out there, but it packs small and keeps me dry.
Mine doesn't have any reflectivity on it, but they do have a style that does.
I use to wear a Nelson-Rigg, (http://www.froggtoggs.com/catalog/2008catalog/page04.asp) but it was super bulky and stiff.
I just got a Spid Flux 1 pc.

Well made, and stayed dry the very next day. Takes a while to get them since they don't stock them, but kneedraggers got it in in a few weeks (instead of the 6 weeks they 1st told me).
they have a similar one in a 2pc

not high fashion, but the cagers might see me this way.
I found a two piece frogg togg online in bright yellow for less than $20 shipped, so I snapped them up. I went to the brick and mortar cycle shop to look (not the duc dealer) and they had one style of rain suit (2 pc, $65).
thanks for the recommendation!
I'll be checking out that Spidi - I suited up for the first rainy commute of the year and threw my leg over the bike. The crotch of the frogg toggs exploded. At least my pantlegs stayed dry.
