Since we are getting quite a few in this group up in the North East, it is time that we start having some meetups in our neighborhood. So I thought I would throughout the first one...
Webspoke & I will be there... anyone else??? [moto]
If it nice, they have a great patio. [thumbsup]

depends on what accessories you're going with on the bike. some "upgrades" are still less for tha better half. ;D

It's not the upgrades, it's the bikes, she doesn't get my fascination with different bikes. If I keep a bike longer than 8mos-1year, it's amazing! She was complaining about it one day, so I popped off with a quote similar to "it's easier/cheaper to switch my bikes out than to have an affair/get divorced" She didn't find it that funny at the time, but now she jokes about it anytime I roll another bike in the garage. "That your new mistress???" Anyways, stupid story, but that's the quick explanation!
I can't make it Friday for lunch, but will be there Wednesday. Can't wait to meet everyone!
oh don't worry, I get the same here. She finds me in the garage looking at the bikes, she has one of her own, and says what are you buying now. hell, one bike is 8 years old and there's still crap I wanna buy. although if I buy her bike something I'm good for at least a few weeks. [thumbsup]
This is totally in my neck of the woods and I wish I could make it. I have a Team in Training meeting at 6:30 :( Next time

I think so- I'm packing a bag just in case [thumbsup]
See you kids tomorrow night ;D
I'm still in and got another Hyper coming with me also. Sounds like it's going to be a decent size group!
Good deal, we'll be sure to stake out good tables on the patio for everyone!
;D I'll try to get up there for a Margarita with y'all but i can't stay for dinner ! [bang]
Looks like the count is around 15 of us... Very cool.
As Webspoke posted, we will try to grab some space out on the patio. With this great weather, I am sure we won't be alone out there.
See you all tonight! ;D

Happy hour does run until 7:30 [thumbsup]
Is Blue Mesa in the same quadrant of the iintersection as IKEA (northeast)?
no, SouthEast where the office buildings are.
[thumbsup]
Was hoping my exhaust would be here by today. Oh well. It'll sound good next time. Lookin forward to this big crowd up north.
I want to go to there.
For those coming north on the tollway, you can exit at headquarters or at 121. Headquarters gives you an extra block or two to dive across the 3 lanes of traffic to get to the parking lot entrance [moto]
If you are coming north on 121, exit at the tollway, and stay on the service road. There is an entrance into the office complex (and club and pancake house) on the right, after you go through the two sets of traffic lights at the interchange, and past the restaurant [bang] You can turn in there, and there is a short twisty drive that goes back to Blue mesa.
See everyone in a few [thumbsup]
I would like to make this but I'm a little worn out from last night's festivities. I'll try to catch the next one.
I might be able to stop by for a few minutes drinks. ;D [beer]

You got that right. I typed that before looking at the map. I didn't even know Texas went that far north.
I am in complete and utter disbelief that many people made it this far north. Well done. [clap]
just shows that when a woman speaks we all listen [bow_down]
Come on, come on, come on...you guys know the rules! .....
Pics or it didn't happen!
[roll] [roll]
O.K. that has got to be one of the record turn outs for this bunch; think we eventually commandeered four tables or roughly half the entire patio at Blue Mesa :o
Great to meet all the "new" folks and catch up with the... old ones ? (Work with me, people!) [laugh] Hope one or two of you took some pics [evil] We had a blast - see y'all next time!
Lisa
Definately lots of fun!!! I haven't been able to go out and hang for quite a long time. I'm glad to have made it to this one. That was quite a large turnout and what a beautiful evening for riding! [thumbsup]
Very cool evening, great crowd, even many of the westies made the long trip up... It was looking doubtful that we would get to set outside, but tables on the patio would open up about the time more showed up. It was well worth the gymnastics.
I think all of the pics are all still on the way home.
Great time... [beer]
BTW: it was the first time I rode the 675 at night... It has the craziest light pattern... very distracting, kept wanting to look at it...
A super evening. Thanks to all who made this happen. [bow_down]
Shall we do it again? Regularly?
Pura vida!
George
Great turnout guys and gals, will have to repeat soon [thumbsup]
Glad you all had fun. Wished I could have made it. Life issues got in the way... as ususal. :P
wanted to make it there too w/my other half (not the tamburini :P my g/f) but this new venture has me working my a$$ off... just made it home now and realized the gathering was today :/

Oh and had I not been there, not one monster would have been in attendance. Can you imagine a meet organized (18+ people) on a monster board without a single monster there. [laugh]

What is this world coming to...? :P So, how many rice burners did you count (and yes Dax's "Harley" counts. [laugh])?
Someone post some pics so those who were too wimpy to make the trip can live vicariously.
My daughter and I were tearing it up on the go carts at Putt Putt. [evil]
we should do SpeedZone when the rest of the tracks open up.
Hey there CJ, yeah, you shoulda been there (although go-carts would actually be my first choice too... There, I said it [laugh] ). We had a parking lot full of motorbikes. Not sure of the exact breakdown, but I think eventually non-Ducs were in the majority :o Of course I ended up being a contributor in that column as well (999 is getting a new clutch).
Tommy's new Super Sport made it though, and that was cool to see [thumbsup]
