I can if none of the usual organizers will.

Keep in mind the dangers of leaving trip planning for a College student. Three quarters of the budget will be spent on strippers and booze, and we'll be miserably low on food.

Almost... GeeZuss is handling all the details ;D

It should be 1 of the last 2 weekends in May, after MurDuc gets back from training. Maybe a poll is in order?!?

I currently have no conflicts with the last weekend in May.

You should call Koyote ASAP though and make sure our usually isn't reserved already.
I have way to much on my plate right now to do much more than try to get some brews ready.

OK, just called KR:

--Not a whole lot of anything left the weekend of the May 22-25 (no surprise  :P);

--Both king cabins and 3 honeymoon cabins are already taken the last weekend in May  :-\ ;

--Both king's and most of the other cabins are available June 5 - 8.

So, maybe this will help us to decide on a date.

If that's the case then there needs to be a deadline on signing up so someone can get the reservations in right?
Just sayin.[popcorn]

Yeah, and he had the nads to call me and rub it in....  :P

I got internet, but I had to pay a daily fee. That was the only way I was able to communicate with those in DFW since my T Mobile does not get reception anywhere near there.

Do yourself a favor when it's time to upgrade your T-Mobile phone and get yourself a G-1. It's the best thing they ever put out. I.lve been on T-Mobile ever since they signed on locally and have had just about every phone they offer and this G-1 is just great. I got G-3 now and soon will be getting G-4. Internet everywhere. All proprietary applications running on problem free Linux. I really don't need a laptop anymore.

we got back about 9 today.  fought the wind the whole way home and it sucked!
BTW, 335 just south of 41 feels like someone drove a caterpillar down the entire length to just about 337 so watch your speeds when you go down there.  I had two road runners (AKA suicide runners) come across and a damn rabbit that almost landed in my lap.  still hope, more like wishing, I could go but too close to my civil ceremony.

I don't think it counts, but My stepdad and I are planning on going down to Leakey (stay in Bandera) on May 26 or 27 and come back through 337,225,336 the next day. He's on a K1200LT (couch on wheels).
This is a tentative plan. And if the weather sucks, we won't go.

You guys will be down there the same days as myself and my stepdad? And no, don't want to cramp your celebration.
