Post by: NUDO on March 24, 2009, 03:49:37 PM
What do you guys use to remove the front tire?

Do you have a front stand or some rope?

I got a Pitbull front stand. It works pretty well and you can usually find one used.

Pitbull also makes a stand that lifts from the bottom triple.

It isn't quite as easy to change the front wheel with it (thought it isn't hard by any means) plus it allows you to remove the forks as well.

Front stand by Vortex (with rear supported on a rear stand).

I've also considered fixing a way to suspend from supported rafters too with rope or straps.

There's a reason for that.  You get what you pay for.

I got mine for $100 used including shipping.

Since you don't have a double sided swingarm bike now, I'll give you 20 bucks for your Pitbull rearstand.
