I'm pretty sure, someone used to have these ? back in the DM(cough) L (cough) days...
good quality, but expensive and the mirror size was quite small IIRC..
Interesting, thanks for the review.
do you know anyone who has them other than Tricoloure. ;)

these came to be known as THE DARK DAYS...when pestilence and disease were rife, children were hobbled and accordion players roamed freely.
Let they be gone from our minds and memories!

In terms of questions, facts, statistics surrounding 'bling', I always turn to the bling master.......Melvin, help needed in aisle 5!
crg's look better in my opinion anyway, are the same quality and are clear and vibration free. they also fold in for lane splitting, don't know how they compare cost wise though, they are expensive as well.
paul.
Cost wise they are similar I think.
Me personally I think the Lane Splitters look a little unfinished the way they clamp on.
I like the neatly finished look of the Oberons.
but then that's why all of our bikes look different cause everyone likes something in their own way.
Me Oberon's, you Paul CRG's.
I like Clipons others are not a fans they prefer normal bars.
Mmmm not a bad mirror, but I actually like the Napoleon Bar end mirrors mentioned.
Anyone know where (in this country) I can purchase these?
Have tried several bike shops here in Adelaide, and as usual they either don't stock bar end mirrors or they are the cheap and nasty chinese crap.
If I get no joy in Aust I'll search OS.
Any help will be appreciated
Hey Vossy,
Couldn't find anything here, just reviews and other people talking about them.
Only place I found them for sale is here at Motostrano (http://www.motostrano.com/nabarendmi.html)
Thanks MattyV [thumbsup]
will have a look.
that's true matty, i like the oberons as well, i just like the crg's more and mentioned them as an alternative. IIRC napoleons are no more, only the cheapo mcs chinese copies.
paul.
there you go Vossy, the mirrors you're after might not be made any longer.
Just bought a set from CA cycleworks online.
No chinese crap for me!
Just hope I don't get an email saying that they're out of stock.
Ok so I have decided. they were an easy fit,I did need to cut the bars but all good [thumbsup] Look familiar Matty [cheeky] ;D

Yup sure do.
I thought you were still on the fence.
Yeh sorta was, but bought some anyway just to see what they would look like [thumbsup]
Fair enough then.
Do like the look of them.
We'll have to go out for a road test soon.

Sorta, Just need to get it out in the open to have a good look at them.
have you had a ride with them yet vince?
interested to know if you can see more than your elbows, clip ons are a lot lower than std bars so i'm curious at what view you get.
cheers,
paul.
I haven't ridden it yet, but as they are convex i can see just about 1 mtr behind my peripheral vision when looking straight ahead . I have adjusted them to miss my elbows ,in saying this on the smart i actual can just see the side of my leg and the same point directly behind me in both mirrors [thumbsup]
