i think the header diameters are different. so at a minimum you would need to figure that out.
I think you'll also have issues with the bends of the pipes - the S4R has a deep sump that might need to be worked around.
And I *think* the exbox totally replaces the stock headers. IF that's so, then it's a total no go, since you've looking at 2v vs 4v where it meets the cylinder

yes it does. however, they whole thing is 3 parts
1- horizontal header pipe
2- vertical header pipe
3- ex box itself.
held together with springs, so an industrious person could probably fab up replacements for 1 and 2, which would fit 3........
not sure how that might affect the deep sump motor clearance though.
The answer is "no," it will not fit. :)
