Title: What a wonderful day for a ride. Or why I live where I do.
Post by: MurDuc on May 16, 2008, 08:06:25 PM
Man, it was all overcast, windy and cold this morning, so I started working in the attic.
Then BAM! The day turned into this stunning, sunny but comfortable day.

I couldn't take it. I used needing to go to Home Depot for a justification and blazed away on the bike.
Decided to cruise around the neighborhood. Stopped at the dam for some shots of the bike.  8)

Then cruised down River Road to New Braunfels.

Stopped in at Home Depot for a couple more porch lights I was running wire for. Then off to Thundercloud for an Austin club and a big ole iced tea.
Then back up River Road, passing a couple Harley's, blipping the throttle for the tubers, and just generally being a little hooligan.  [evil]

By far the best ride so far this season.

Done wiring up the new lights now.
Time for a beer.  [drink]

I wish I lived there, and not in a place where the gnarliest turns are the on/off ramps...
