Question:
if in the realm of riders taking up replacement for even a 1 off race, which would you rather see and why?
Option 1: Mladin takin up for MaxN. on the Alstare DarkDog Suzuki at Miller MotorSports Park in WSBK?
Option 2: Troy Bayliss taking up Nicky Hayden's Ride for him to be able to heal up or whatever?
Option 3: Bob Uecker to replace Steve Martin for commentating for Kyalami?
Option 4: and for those jokers that want none of the above -> "Boobies!"
vote accordingly and leave your colorful commentaries please!
Bayliss had his one-off shot on a MotoGP bike before they retired the 990s and before he headed off into the sunset of WSBK. And it was fookin' awesome. [thumbsup] No need to try to repeat it and ruin the memory.
I vote Mat v. Ben, the redux, at Miller. [thumbsup]
I'm taking Mladin as well. I'd love for him to have the opportunity to run up front with the wsbk boys.

+1
Bayliss has already had a chance at gp, it didn't work, he realistically would not do any better than Melandri did last year.
Now what about this for a vote option:
@ Miller - Mladdin in wsbk for Max N, and Bayliss in wsbk on Haga's bike cause his arm is fubar'd from the bird strike?

...again.
Mladin...
I'd enjoy seeing him get beaten by Ben (again) and a few others.

"Noriyuki Haga (Ducati Xerox) crashed out in race 2 after being hit by a bird but still leads the table with a 54 point advantage over Spies."

well its been a while since he last strapped it up on that stage Derby :)
Compare Bayliss to Melandri?!?! You are seriously underestimating the mans talent and adaptability. Hands down Bayliss on a MotoGP bike.
Def. Mladin in WSBK. [thumbsup]

Both riders are great - on good bikes. I don't think that either could place in the top 10 on Nicky's bike in the next race.

AWWWW..c'mon...you don't think Bayliss could use some WSBK-style fender rubbin' to push his way up through into the top 10?....not like the grid has 30 bikes like WSBK does...I think he could do it!

DANKE!
They didn't exactly send him out in old sweats with a pat on the back and a "give it a go."
You got to admit, with the GP colors and everything, it's kind of... "Heeere Troy, see how it feeeeels on a GP bike..." [laugh]
With a photo op like this, you wouldn't expect anything less from Ducati.
Those are gong on the wall ;D
