Found some in a dealers clearance sale so instead of being hideously expensive they are just expensive. ;D
They are less than half original price and now same price as the midrange after market clipons i was looking at.

Its hard to tell form the dp catalogue fotos but they appear to have about 1" rise on them.

Anyone has the part number for these i..e the DP clip-ons with risers? I thought I saw some being posted in a commercial vendor's website but can't find it now.
