I was only home a short while and stayed as busy as that famous one-legged guy. Was trying to get my 600 miles on the bike, do some work locally, the wife's honey do list, do the wife, drink some scotch, watch my wife with her new motorcycle license get tired of riding her Buell Blast after 2 months (bought her the last S2R at AMS) after she rode my S4Rs and said...." I like that....its got power..." so anyhow, I apologize for not getting up with you folks. This is my last trip and I will be home again (forever) in November.

stay safe out there. looking forward to meeting you guys when you return.
Oh, if the wife doesn't want the S4 to take up space in the garage I have room [beer]
Thanks, I appreciate the offer, however I believe she will be riding it since she won't be able to pick up her S2R for a few weeks. She will make time to pick it up from the Alvarado shop- they are moving it there from the Dallas shop. They are putting a full Termi setup on it. It is the black one in the showroom. She rode the 1100/696 and liked the 696 but wanted "more power"- the 1100 was too tall for her. I rode behind her on the Streetfighter. I really liked the bike and could afford to buy it, but to be honest, I like my S4Rs better.
Take care and you all will have to ride out to Weatherford for some BBQ and margaritas next summer. It will be my retirement party.
