Since I wanted to attend the BatmanMoto annual ride up to Curtis Ribs July 5th. Missed it due to holiday plans. To fulfill this urge for great BBQ, and motorcycling, I will try to get some people together to make the special journey to Curtis Ribs in Putney, VT.
We have a fellow DMF'er staying in VT that might meet up with us.
The plan:
Meet at Taste Coffee on Walnut St, in Waltham @ 9:00am, Stand up at 10:00. Total round trip will be about 300 miles. This will be an "Easy like Sunday Morning" ride with some twisties. The plan is to be conservative, all riders are welcome, but please ride at your "Pace" The goal is to enjoy our bikes, and meet new people in the area. let make the most of our riding season.
Christian and Abbottsjumper looks like they might be in. MonsterMash if you're out there, we would love to have you.
Riders:
AfroS4rs
Takster
MonsterMash
The currently planned route:

we'll stop by motomart on the way out to pick up Monstermash probably around 10:30.

Thanks for the drop Panthro, we can always catch up next time. We'll keep you in mind. since you will be home, Cheers! drink one for us. [drink]
This ride is ON. Weather.com says rain will stop around 7am. hopefully everything will dry out by 9am when we hit the road.
i was at work when it started raining... I managed to get home relatively dry with the use of gaffer's tape and 5 garbage bags. Necessity is the mother of invention! Still sucked, but my leather is dry for the ride tomorrow!
It was a great day for ride and and pleasure meeting Afros4rs and takster. BBQ was great and ride to Sunapee afterward was fun, too. Hope it wasn't too much hassle getting home with Sunday evening traffic.
See you around.
Chris.
Hey Chris,
It was great meeting you. Thanks for the tour / education.
Let's ride again soon!

Didn't you meet Chris at his house in Simsbury earlier this year?
Chris, it was nice hanging with you guys, definitely got to make more plans to ride VT, that was awesome.
Hey NAKID, I was there at the Simsbury event. We met briefly. We got to ride one day. Let me know when you come up to near Boston, and I'll do the same when I come down in CT.
Here are some pics of our ride, or else no one would believe us.
