Okay, check this BULL SHIT out.
I went to ducsoho yesterday to get my tank checked out. i park with the masses of the bike in front of the shop, and i was with Chcadder. I pulled out, and then he said i need my registration. so he pulls over and parks his bike back to get it, i pulled out since i was pretty far from him and i leave my bike within 15 feet of his bike.
I dont remember being on a hydrant because a dude in a honda goldwing rode up the sidewalk and he was putting his bike away and i was just staring at it. I was still on the bike and the bikes electrical was still on but engien off.
I get off the bike and leave my helmet on it, lights off, i walk over to chchadders bike and take a look at it. Chachadder comes out, and i go back to my bike, stuff my ear plugs in, put on my gloves put on my helmet and sit on it, then put on my sunglasses. Chchadder pulls up and we discuss what route we are going to take FDR or westside highway uptown. we sat for about 15-20 seconds and decided on FDR. We pull off and there goes our small rideoff.
That was yesterday.
Today ,i get a call from chchadder, Marcos, the Parts guy at Duc Soho told him that a lady was writing me a ticket while i was doing all this, and i rode off on her while she was issuing it.....for what seems to be parked at a fire hydrant.
SERIOUSLY. make the beast with two backs YOU ALL TRAFFIC COPS. BAN ME FOR IT. IM SERIOUSLY going to fight this one in court and chew her ass out. I'm going back to the site, that honda dude apparently parks there reguarly. Im going to get a notorized statement just to get that pregnant dog in court. Im sick of this BULL SHIT. How are you going to ticket a bike when the operator is ON IT? How the make the beast with two backs are you going to NOT ticket the bike thats on the side walk, and instead ticket me, who is still ON THE MOTHER make the beast with two backsING BIKE? GO make the beast with two backs YOURSELF.
NINE make the beast with two backsING TICKETS.
Thats if she didnt just rip it up and throw it away, but why would she do that? i'm checking my plate on the parking ticket rigstry until i see it. Im sick of this shit.

Have you considered organizing a ride to city hall to protest how we get "special service" from city employees?
No i have not. I would like to. if i were that type of person to protest (im not). But in a situation like this, i wouldnt mind it.
But i have no clue on how to organize one. at the asme time, i was wrong in every situation ive gotten a ticket. Yes i probably was at the fire hydrant. but you have to be a dick to give a motorcycle a ticket on a hydrant. I was parked behind a freaking car. make the beast with two backs i wish i had a helmet cam.
on a side note, ive completely beaten the last 4 parking tickets i got. i have a little trick up my sleeve.

Seriously though, Traffic cops forget one important thing on their ticket. Ive cited that reason for dismissal of a ticket and ive gotten it 3/5 times
