Most excellent my friend! I think you've talked to El Matador and Desmolu too. They are going to be trailering with us. This is going to be one awesome time I know it. Way too much fun! Can't wait to meet you.  [thumbsup]

In general, ive had 2 consecutive 600+ mile days, and on my current mosnter ive had a a lot of 400mile days, and a 1 600 mile days. but thats about it. the bike is pretty rock solid though. I havent had any issues except for the barnett clutch, which ive cleaned the steel plates to try to squeeze the last bit of life out of it. got a spare ducati OEM pack on hand.

not with my Kno-Place custom fitted gel seat.  contoured for my butt cheeks.

i think we are suppose to trailer from dallas up to ouray and back. however since im traveling alone from lousiana up to nyc im trying to get a friend to come with me and i dont think there would be space for him, if there isnt, then im riding up there a long side him cause i dont wanna leave his ass out there by himself. besides dallas to ouray isnt even half the distance from nyc to dallas lol.

This is going to qualify for an Iron Butt award if I'm not mistaken. You should check into that He-Man. I'll get the second  [drink] after DucMouse's, that is if you're still awake.

i think the iron butt has a time limit not just a distance??

i did 1200 miles in just 16 hour of actual riding. but in reality it took about 20 hours including time for eating gasing, and just sitting at some random stop to take in the air.

Yessir, you're right it has a 24 hour time limit. That 1200 mile ride qualifies you right there! If you're coming down this way and plan on doing some longtime saddle surfing you owe it to yourself to get it certified and get your paper! It just means you're one bad MF is all. I'd love to put that on my ST4s.

I spoke with  a guy the other day about that and he was not sure but he thought yes.  [leo] Popo's don't like speeding bikers and IBA couldn't support lawbreakers so it sounds logical.

Actually I don't think si. As long as you submit the gas staion receipts they don't care how fast you got there.

The guy that broke cary egan's recors recently averaged a speed of over 80 nmiles an hour
