I want one, but too expensive fro me..!! [cheeky]
That bike is so sexy, but I don't think I would pony up the $100k (even if I had it).
Aw for jebus' sake, the speculators have swooped in already. I'll bet you 110K that you can walk into half a dozen dealerships and still buy one at list price. Sometimes rich people are dumb, but I'd hope they aren't dumb enough to fall for this BS.
Can`t order one in South Africa anymore :'(
That's more that 25% profit!
That bike is AMAZING!
Can't wait to see one in person.
Yeah thats expensive ever do a 12,000 mile service on one of these things. Mine was still under warranty and cost me a pretty penny.

Here in the US I don't think the dealer can't order one anymore as well but I can bet that they are sitting somewhere at dealers and haven't been sold yet.
I used the "buy it now"
Eat your hearts out, b*tches
I wish [roll]
In a discussion on thekneeslider.com someone made a comment about how much you pay for it and the exhaust burning your back....
I dont think that thing is designed to sit at many stoplights, which is where the backburning -might- occur.
Someone road one to a local Italian Bike Night we had here this past Wednesday....its even better in person! [thumbsup]
Servicing is free for the first three years. And that's a damn good thing considering the amount of labour involved. *shudder*

Socal Ducati has one that goes for 80k...
Beverly Hills Ducati has two for 75k each...
Not much of a price hike IMO
Sweet bike though
$35,000 isn't much of a price hike?!? For a bit more than that much more, $40k or 36% more than this auction, you can buy TWO!
What the hell are "Alice stripes?"
i saw one of those, with the stripes, at dunbar euro sports in brockton. didn't do much for me. ???
the " i love my twin" ron [evil]
Seems a bit high. Saw one at my dealership today. Absolutely breathtaking ... about $75,000 after tax title license. My dealer said he need to sell three of them before it pays for the training the service guy has to undergo (in Italy!)
Just because someome is rich doesn't mean they should pay some middle man a hefty profit to get something they can buy elsewhere at list price 110K is a rip off, it's not an acceptable markup. How would you like it if someone was asking 5 or 10 grand over list price on a Monster? You'd call them crazy, and the person who would buy it would be a moron. Same applies on high-dollar items. I get really pissed when people mark up prices to exploit the high end market, especially when you can just buy the thing at MSRP if you take the time to shop around. Paying over list on a Ferrari that is unobtainable and has a multi-year waiting list is one thing, that's paying extra to have the privilege of owning something that isn't available. This is available, thus no excuse.
