Should be fun to watch.
i wounder if he can bring a good fight to spies and nori
fingers crossed
I wonder if his hair will fit through some of the narrow, labyrinthine passages at the Roman track.

maybe his hair will help in block passes??
on a serious note though...I think he'll be mid pack, because .6 off the lead time is ALOT of time...THAT and the fact that getting to the front of the Ben and Nori and the general front runners, is the key of gettting off the line on the start well...so we'll have to see...
.6 down on his first test though, that's pretty impressive. Given his performances in 250 I think he might be capable of getting 8th or higher. He's a very good racer but doesn't really know the bike.
I don't think 250s race at Imola so it's likely he hasn't been there in the recent past so new(ish) track, new bike, new riding style & he's only .6 of on his first test...
I love Marco. Second favorite 250 guy in fact.
That being said, I say he finishes somewhere from 8th - 12th.
New bike, new track, communicating with a new crew...not to mention how fierce te competition is currently in WSBK.
Easy to get out alone on a track an put down good consistent laps...alot harder when you have guys gunning for a close championship out there with you...plus he will have in his head his own class points to consider so will ride a bit more conservative to keep from pushing too hard and possibly getting injured.
funny: in a no-coffee state i read this as how do you think she'll do, which i then translated into an imagined thread about 16yr old elena myers turning pro next season.
.....aaaanyway, will be fun to see marco out there. :)

New tires. That's gotta be rough.
I really hope he does well as I like him a lot, but I don't think he'll be in the top 8. That said, I wouldn't be astonished if he does better. There's a pretty good chance he'll toss it away in at least one of the races.
BTW, anyone notice that Simoncelli listed his competition for a podium this weekend as Biaggi, Spies, Rea & Douchebrizio. Seems like he forgot someone, eh? [laugh]
Evidently he's been talking to Rossi about Max mindfcuk techniques. [laugh]
I am going to say top 5. It's a bit of a stretch but I think he will do it.
Ok, some people were right, some were wrong. ;) ;D
I was both. ;D

It's easy to be right when you hedge your bets mate. :P
You sound like my wife. ;D
So she's right too huh? ;D
