changing my levers to CRG's and vuala I make the beast with two backsED IT UP already. it seems I didn't see a weld on the back side of the pin that goes into the clutch unit and sheared it completely off. do any of you have such an item? I'll drive and pay to come get it tonight. need it for HC. Thanks.

dude. don't have my old levers anymore, not even sure that they would fit. SORRY!
climb in the attic :'(
Damn, that looks like something I'd do [bang] Wish I had a spare sitting around... Sorry :-X
Got a pair of 695 stockers, but won't help for this--hope you can find some.

I can rob the clutch setup from the S2R for the weekend but then I'd have to bleed and re-bleed [bang]
and no Lisa you're not the only one who does these things. It happens to me ALL the time.
if anyone has an S4 parked I'll pay for it and replace it with a new one.
I need the same pin, but can't find a p/n for the pin alone. It isn't pictured in the Multistrada spares catalog. It's a standard Brembo pin for that type of clutch master cylinder, but to get it from Ducati NA, you will probably have to buy the assembly it comes with. Hopefully, that would be the clutch lever. So you buy a new clutch lever for $97, so that you can get the pin out of it.... [bang]
Try Mark at AMS, they've got to have a lever in stock.
Sorry Dax, can't help. Of all the shit I have I don't have one of those. Hopefully you can pull this one out before the HC trip. Don't feel bad. We all screw shit up. Could have just as easily been me. Just bad timing... but isn't that always the case? Murphy's law and then some. Good luck 'bro. Hope someone comes to your rescue! [thumbsup]
There has to be someone who has this out there... Come on people, we have a hill country emergency!
You might call Randy at Mitopia in addition to the usual suspects ( AMS, Eurocycle, etc ), they sold me my levers ( ASVs, not CRGs, but who knows ).
I looked at my two bikes and the pic does not match.
I take it this s not something that can be machined from
a bar of stock.
I called AMS today and they are calling me back tomorrow AM.
as for Motopia........good call.
Dan, I'll just take the Tard and you can babysit the rest of the stable. :P
Fastwin........shame! all those toys and not one laying around?
AlexisonFire has come through folks. He ripped his off his bike and met me so I could grab it from him. [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer] [beer]
now, if only I could find that piece without paying for a new "stock" lever. I did place a call earlier and hope to have one machined tomorrow though. if it works I'll have three made, one for me, one for Alex and one for Pino
Hope you get what you need. I might rent the hypomotard :P
damn thought we were friends :(
Good news! Way to go Alex! [thumbsup] [moto] [drink] Nice work people. [wine]
These guys http://www.yoyodyneti.com/ (http://www.yoyodyneti.com/) sell brembo oem parts, so maybe they can help with the replacement pin or at lever+pin

Ahhh...! Nice find! My lever is bent, too, so this is exactly what I need right here:http://www.yoyodyneti.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=110.2706.91 (http://www.yoyodyneti.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=110.2706.91).
And $24 cheaper than Ducati, too! (Lot of other goodies on that site that I need to look at...just look, that's all)
Thanks! [bow_down]
