feeling any buyer's remorse?
No way I'm loving my bike and insurnce rates to boot
So... who's bike is in the listing?
Prob fastwin
Sorry, the Streetfighter (OK, worse bike name ever!!) is just butt ugly. You'd have to sneak up on that bike at night. I really don't give a shit what it does. It could lap Cresson three seconds under the lap record and run low 9 second quarter mile times. It will never, ever make up for the nuclear butt ugly factor. Make that f#@king ugly factor!! Looking at my two Tamburinis today and even my 999 made me feel even more that way. That's the future of Ducati? If that's the case then I am glad I have what I have and they will never ever sell me another scooter. Done!
future of Ducati? doubt it but I will say the Brutale is much prettier. I did ride one and had a smile factor that could not be measured.
I want to see the new Multistrudel. Now there's a serious chance at redemption (yeah, and this coming from a 999 owner [bang] [laugh] )
well, they are coming out with a Motard 795 for $10K, OUCH! that's too pricey when you can get an 1100 with a few thousand miles for much less
I actually like the look of the SF, but damn everything about the ride was just wrong for me, power delivery, ergos, everything
There is a nice looking pre-owned Brutale on AMS's site for less than half of that [evil]

I met the previous owner of that Brutale... he traded it in for a SF w/ full Termis
Screw the Brutale...

Mistake!! [bang]
I know lots of folks actually like the SF, no biggie... to each their own. But I do think the Brutale pulls off that "look" better than the SF. I wouldn't buy either but the MV just doesn't look as cobby/goofy. Now you really want to talk butt f#@king ugly lets talk new VMax!! OK, let's not go there! [laugh] I hope Ducati sells every SF they make, good for them. Just don't stop making other bikes that look nothing like a SF!! Please. ;D

Agreed! Awesome price, wish I had that little tied up in mine!! [bang] I should buy it just for the stock engine and ditch that hot rodded boat anchor race engine in mine! ;D [moto]
I think the issue the PO of the Brutale was the service for MV in the area was less than desireable. But yep, to each his own.... I sat on the Brutale and it didn't feel comfy to me at all. The SF though did.
Of course none of these new bikes can touch the iconic look of the Tamburini line of 916/996/998. I'm saving up for one of those bad boys [thumbsup]
Yeah, I hear those agood looking bikes. [thumbsup] [moto] ;D Glad the new SBKs have a few of those genes in them. [bow_down]
The Perfect Ducati stable?
916SPS, 851, 888, '70's 900ss, 750GT, 999r, 1098r, 1198r, Desmo. [thumbsup] [moto] Yeah, that's a start.
no monster at all??
No supermono either...
+1 on the Supermono. I think that bike was one of the first designs Pierre Terblanche did for Ducati. Could be totally wrong on that one but I seem to remember something along those lines.
