So, its my big midlife birthday this year. After December, Ill need viagra and a walker...so I figured I would give myself a new mistress.
After helping our very own George build his, I knew I wanted to add one to the stable... I had visions of building one from scratch, and then I met a fella online that shared my vision.
Now its time to name her. "Trouble" or "Mistress", perhaps? She has been well cared for, ridden well and even in the pages of Motorcyclist magazine Feb 2009, Alpina Wheels Catalog, 2009 Rev-it catalog. Just as a good mistress should be...

Man, that sure is purty. It was awfully nice of you to buy that as a club trackbike. How are we to determine the order in which we'll partake of your generosity on-track? I vote we rassle for it. That should make me one of the first few club members to ride her. ;D
Well chosen, Amigo. [bacon] [bacon]

Very, very, cool..... I wanna see it in action!. Too damn nice to track.. well almost [laugh] [moto]
nah, she was designed for the track and will be tracked. I will just wrap her in bubble wrap first (is that part of race prep?). Signed up to take the AMA license course and am taking the new ktm track school at Miller. Time to learn to race!
Good luck with that.
My sense here is that some your buds are already salivating over the possibility of obtaining the bike with a salvage title if you happen to lay it down.
Not wishing you bad luck (hell, I don't even know you), but I just recently got a sense that some here would eat their young to obtain such a machine.
they eat their young anyways. keep your fingers away from kingbaby's mouth!

Easy now... It was DDGM who warned me about your eating habits.
Me... I'll eat anybody... I mean anything... Freudian slip.
End of thread jack. I may start another thread about people's favorite cheeses, but I am fearful of where that will lead.

Yep, pretty sure it's called "Red Canyon." I would LOVE to, but don't want to drive a wedge at the homefront. Unless Jackie is totally on board with it, it could cause problems. As much as I love riding and you guys, it's not worth it. :-*

Wanted to give you an update on my little lady. I have been busy as hell on her lately:
- New tires Pilot Power 2CT
- Modified air intake and redyno'ed her...she was starving for O2. Got another 5.5 hp out of her!! Runs perfectly now.
- Added some minimalist belt covers for the road
- Added billet reservoir covers to go with the polished engine
- Fabricated brackets for rear tail (holy pain in the ass...cut, grind, weld, sand...)
- Added LED license plate mount and moved the PCIII, etc
- Used a half moon billet LED rear brake light with Watsen LED signals and Oberon bar ends. I think it really keeps the old school look
- Found some new HD LED front lights and slid them in the air intakes. They are bright like the sun!
- I have the seat at pregnant dogin' Stitchin' being redone.
Not the best quality video, but take a look!!!!

Really it is the coolest [thumbsup]
She's a beauty [thumbsup] Nice work.... [clap]
Got the new seat from pregnant dogin Stitchin, the dudes who make the seats for Ecosse. Polished the pipes, moved the PCIII, etc.
All done in time for the cold snap of 7 degrees.

WOW! That is freakin bada$$! You have way too much money brother! I am one jealous bastard!

Sadly, no.....only the Duc here. Had to sell the other two. Only one parking spot and not enough good roads anyway. I really do miss the riding there! And you guys, of course!
So when are you coming for a visit? hmmmm??
Hopefully this summer! I keep hoping to be subpoenaed out for a trial, but I guess I was too good at my job...everyone keeps pleading guilty! :'(
