In case you know anyone interested.
Sorry to hear about this Gus. :P I know a little something about unexpected health care bills. They can really put a dent in your wallet. Hope this works out and you can keep the PU999s. If not then I hope the sale goes smoothly. Wish my 999 was an "S" model, those PU limited edition bikes rock! Say howdy to Andre next time you talk with him. [thumbsup]
Yeah, definatelly not what I wanted to do but I don't see an option at this point.
I will definatelly tell him you say hello.
If you are having trouble getting offers, as much as it stinks to think about... parting it out might get some money. :-\
How much for the exhaust? ;D
if you do part it out, i'm wanting your front end, minus the triples. forks, brake calipers, rotors, wheel. ;)
That would be insane to part out a 2007 PU 999, shame on you all for even asking

I'm shamed. [thumbsup] I feel normal now. [drink] [clap]
i want to be ashamed, but the unsavory being within speaks out from time to time.
these people have no heart do they :o
Nice guys... if the bike was totally busted, I would part it out... but the damage is basically to the replacement parts noted. Add to the fact that i don't really want to part ways with it... :'(
you could always keep it, invest more into it.. Ducati Wisconsin is going out of business and is selling a termi full exhaust system for 1800 for the 999
i'm am great at helping people spend money, if you need any ideas.
yeah... spending money is not an option, otherwise i would just fix it and keep it. :-[
One of the issues is that my parents are now living with me as my dad had to bankroll his company out of pocket for a while as projects kept getting delayed (most his clients are banks)... since the economy did not rebound, bankruptcy ensued. So I am married, with grown children... [laugh] Add to that the medical expenses i did not need last year, and you have a bad situation.
