sorry to hear about your apnea
Just get the one for the garage. you might as well sleep out there too. [cheeky]
You'll feel a lot better.
My dad and his 2 brothers + 1 sister all have cpap masks and they all say it's like night and day.
I have it too I think. The sleep center said no, but I think they're just trying to steal my awake-o-gens.
No wait.
They're trying to prevent my nap centers from functioning.
See my latest post in drunk thread.
that is all

Here are a few interesting articles on sleep apnea and one of my favorite instruments. Maybe it will lead you down a different path than the pessimistic one we are always handed by the medical community. Who knows?

I'm not sure the neighbors would like me if our house became an outback steakhouse commercial...... maybe I'll dust off the old clarinet [cheeky]
Did you ever have your tonsils out?
Can you hook the compressor up to your penis pump? It might save time.
this is one of those new medical terms/technologies/treatments that i confess to not understand....
is it something that has just started happening in the last 20 years, or is it just that spouses are getting less tolerant?

he mentioned surgery to remove them...and to hollow out my empty head even more. I need to talk to an ear nose and throat guy for that. I'll see how the machine works first.

My friend and former boss had surgery for sleep apnea and has been extremely happy with the results (as has his wife). I could tell the difference too, he was no longer walking around in a fog all day.

The test isn't bad. But I think it can't be representative of a normal night's sleep.
You go to a building to sleep in a strange bed with stuff glued to your face.
I was quite frustrated when they said there wasn't anything wrong. I know there is.

I had to ask if I even slept the 6 hours I was there. I felt like I was awake for most of it.

Same here. Looking at my sleep study, The whole night (6+ hours) I had 13 minutes of REM (dream) sleep...
I never got to see mine.
Don't you need a couple hrs of REM?
Yeah, 13 mins might as well be nothing...
