Anyone here know of (or maybe you are one) a notary public preferably north Tempe area?

Most banks have that service available to their members.

I bank with Wells Fargo and have always used that service with them, free of charge.

YMMV.

I went to my bank (Wells Fargo) a short while ago only to remember as I pulled up that it's a bank holiday today. oops.
