Available at Caprimoto and other places I'm sure. Cost is about $150.
I got this for my 749 and it does look really nice, but I have a few issues with it. The instruction it came with weren't so clear and after trying to connect it with the load box inline I couldn't get it working. So I ended up connecting it without the load box, meaning just faster signal which I prefer anyway.
The signals can be folded in for whatever position you prefer. It locks into place via a tiny allen head screw. The problem I found out was in order for the allen screw to hold them in position you need to screw them in quite a bit and this causes the plastic housing to separate. So I have ended up using crazy glue and bondo to keep it in the right position and sealed.
Another issue I have had is every time I ride in the rain some of the LED bulbs stop working. After it dries out, which it does fairly quickly, all is well and working again.
In short it's a great look, bright LEDs, but is of somewhat flimsy construction for $150.

Ah, the price of vanity........... ;D
I do like the look - don't know if it is worth the "issues"
Let us know how it holds up
A bit over 1k miles of use so far and nothing else besides the initial issues and fixes.
I'd send it back. Mine has never gone fritzy. /shrug

Crazy Glue application might hamper the return [roll]
