Title: My future holds a Duc
Post by: TheoRex on January 20, 2010, 04:25:16 AM
Hi all, my name is Ted and I live near Chehalis Washington.
I do not presently have a bike but had a CBR600 and then a Yamaha Banshee which my bro and I tore up all the sand dunes in Wa, Or and Id for the last 19 years.  It has been about 19 years since trading the CBR in on the Banshee but I always kept my endorsement.  I have read other members advice on taking a refresher course and I will probably do that.  Both my brothers have Harleys and I just don't get that feeling from them like I do the Monsters. ;D.  I am considering a monster 1100 in the near future.

Welcome to the club. You sure have some nice roads down there in WA. The ducs love those roads! +1 on the refresher course. It'll remind you of how to survive out there.  [thumbsup]

Welcome Ted, nice to have you here. :)

Good luck with the bike shopping, we will of course want to see updates and pictures. ;D

When you get a chance, check in with your local board as well, NorthWest (http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?board=27.0).

Have fun, the refresher course is a great idea. [thumbsup]
