I'm working on a house where we're going to install a suspended fireplace, so I was looking them up. Ran across this... yes, that's right. They make a tiger-striped fireplace.

Great...now Steve's gotta get a bigger house...
Man, does that thing scream "bachelor pad" or what?
I betcha you can get stripper poles for the bedroom on the same website. (yes, I've been watching MTV cribs lately).
Some interesting fireplaces there. :)
Are they still around, last 'news' date was '08... ???

The company just does fireplaces...stripper poles are pretty easy to get. It's just a brass pole. I would think that a stripper pole and a fireman's pole are pretty much the same. Sorta weird actually.

No need for a whole new house. It's a stand-alone work of art in any living room, even if it isn't functional.

Yeah but where's he gonna put it in chez tigre?
Wow, this "fireplace" is hard to take in! And it's kindy creepy how the giraffe print looks like the animals' head should be attached.

oh butt no, That is a typical assumption. A real stripper pole is nickle-chromium. Brass gets smelly.
wait, how would I know that... ???
I'll ask my landlord if he can put that in while they're installing my dishwasher on Monday.

Is that a euphemism for your girlfriend moving in?

I bet she reads the DMF (which makes it even funnier). [laugh]
It looks like the giraffe one is more dangerous than the Tigre one.
;D
