Google it.
Duke is in doggie bliss. ;D
This thing is freakin' cool.
Congrats! [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap]
Very nice Rich!
I need a pic of Duke with the Leather Helmet and scarf.
That's got to be one of the coolest things I've ever seen :o AWESOME!
I don't know which is more cool... the Puggle Pod 9000 or how he kept a case of Lone Star longnecks on his bike?? [clap]
You should see it in action [thumbsup] [moto] [thumbsup]
did somebody order action shots?

Helmet and goggles is what that do needs!!
I'm thinking full Dainese one piece, Alpinestars and an Arai!! [moto]
Ok, for the uninitiated...besides being the coolest thing on one wheel, can we get a backstory? Did you fabricate this contraption yourself?
I wanna strap our cocker spaniel in it, slap some goggles on him and watch his ears flap in the wind. [moto]

Once I get a day to sleep/rest I'll give the full story...
YES. Completely home made. The body was built in my kitchen, the Trellis-Links in the driveway and garage.
-EXCEPT the Brembo wheel (but even it was modified) and the bolts (I bought them at the hardware store)
It takes a LOT of beer to make one of these!
How freaking cool is this? I thought the body was probably morphed from a pocket racer. I see now that the cross bracing I thought was gone is still there. It was on a different set of braces instead of the side braces that I thought it was on. My fu-bar. [clap] Rich, seriously, that is one really cool doggie sidecar! No shit, you could market that thing in a heart beat! Of all the cool Ducati stuff I have seen this takes first place!! [thumbsup]
*yawn*
Got in a little late last night, so I haven't had time to edit any videos yet.
But, rest assured, full speed action videos of the Puggle Pod in action in the Hill Country will be available for mass consumption soon.

I don't know... no odometer!
450 there, 450 back, 325 or so there (maybe?), and another hundred or so since I got home with it...
1325 Miles? ...plus, cruising tonight, Lee Harvey's tomorrow... I should have something like 1500 miles on it by the end of the first week it is on the road!
Some people don't put that on their BIKES the WHOLE YEAR!!! [laugh]
[moto]
-R
You should put an odo on there. It'd be neat to log Duke's saddle time [moto]
RichD and Duke head home:
