My response to this is that any documents that have been available for 20 or 30 years to the public may in fact be considered public domain information by now. ATO is studying law he may know. We would ask you to contact Honda Motorcycle, and let them know just what you think of this decision. There are over ten thousand registered users who have benefited from goldwingdocs.com - if even a slight fraction of those users contact Honda Motorcycle, it may have an effect on their decisions going forward, and their support of classic Honda motorcycles. We appreciate it, and so do all the owners of classic Goldwings, who have come to rely on goldwingdocs.com for their safety and maintenance information!

i could look up some copyright information, but my focus has been on patents and IP taxation. My initial thought is if they own the copyrights, they've got plenty of time left for enforcement. Whether they've lost some of their rights for failure to police copyrights, that I'm not sure about.
Anything on the internet can never be deleted, so I wouldn't worry about it.
