Has anyone heard of a swap meet exclusively for the euro / asian motorcycle community in the Denver area??? If there was a eur-asian swap what would your interest level be?
Just curious... Thanks for your input.
Nope, but I would be all over it! [thumbsup]
I am really thinking this is something that needs to happen and I have some spare time where I might think about pulling something together. I think that there are enough small and big shops that have pull offs and individuals that have all of their pull offs in addition to those parts that you buy that turn out to be a mistake. I think the need is out there but its one of those things "If you build it will they come?"
hmmm
I would be interested.

I would be interested.
You going to try and sell my clutch cover there?
I know a lot of people would like to see a Euro/Asian show and swap, I would help as much as possible to make this happen. [thumbsup]
I'd be in. We have boxes full of spare stuff in the garage...
Seen a posting on Craigslist motorcycles, CoSpngs about a Euro/asian show and swap at Mile High Stadium on Sun june 27th. Supposed to be by Pyro Productions, couldn't find any scheduling from either website, Anybody know about this???

By "Mile High Stadium" do they mean Invesco Field?
Or is that a really old flyer?
That thought crossed My mind, the 27th is on a sunday, but that doesn't mean much. need to confirm the validity of this for sure...
Called the number and talked to a guy who says it is in lot M. He says it is "invesco field at mile high stadium". He is coming out with new flyers soon with all the sponsors and for those of you with facebook accounts, you can follow on there. It is under the Euro/Asian...swap... Well you get it. Said the lot holds 1500 and he is trying to fill it all up.
For some reason I get the feeling this thing is gonna be a bunch of stretched busas and helmetless squid clubs... :-X
I'm going to check it out, still need to source a few items for the KZ project. If it's too stupid then I won't go back, hopefully there should be a few older vendors selling parts, but I won't know till I get there....
Anyone planning on going to this?, Shannon and I are going, won't be riding though. Give a hollar...
entertaining the thought - depends on what my son wants to do.
been a long time gone from the board. I just built a kz400 into a cafe - what are you building kz wise?
Welcome back Beater, didn't make it up to the show, too far to drive in My recovery mode. I am in the final stages of a total rebuild of a 1978 KZ 1000 police bike transformed into a Cafe', just have tuning and road test basically. This is not a paint and bodywork affair, but a full on, reinforced frame/suspension, built engine, etc., trying to stay close to AMA Superbike specs., but still street legal. Will post pics. soon, getting anxious to flog it, but want to finish the job properly. I have another '78 KZ 1000 that I'm thinking about building as a streetfighter, have to see how the first one pans out... I also have a '80 KZ440 I would let go very cheap, clear title, but been sitting a long time. (turns over, good comp., mag wheels, complete!!) There's always room for another project... [roll]
